About Ericson Reyes
Ericson Reyes, NP, MSN joined our team in April 2006. He has 11 years of experience working with patients who have end stage renal disease (ESRD). He assists the physicians by providing follow-up care and coordinating each patient’s care plan. He functions in this role by performing physical examinations, ordering laboratory tests, prescribing some of the specific medications required by chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients (when authorized by the physicians), and continuously recognizing that patient education is central in managing this population.
